St. Mary’s Academy is proud to offer an outstanding and affordable private education for children in grades Pre-K 3 through 8th grade in a faith-centered learning environment. 

TUITION 2025/2026

Pre-K Three (3 Half Day) $4,800
Pre-K Three (3 Full Day) $5,750
Pre-K Four (3 Full Day) $5,750
Pre-K Four (5 Full Day) $7,450
Kindergarten $5,800
Grades 1-5 $5,800
Grades 6-8 $6,100

MULTI-CHILD DISCOUNT

1st Child Full Tuition
2nd Child $100 Off Full Tuition
3rd Child $500 Off Full Tuition
4th Child $1,000 Off Full Tuition

Tuition Deposit

A $200 non-refundable deposit per student is due at the time of acceptance to reserve your child's placement for next year. The deposit will be applied toward your tuition invoice.

Early Payment Discount

Pay in full by August 1st. This option allows for a 2% discount. This is not applicable to payment made by credit cards due to credit card fees.



Tax Deductible

Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 - all fees are tax deductible. Access your SIS family portal for tax statement.

Enrollment & Payment Information

St. Mary's Academy has partnered with FACTS Student Information System (SIS) and is pleased to offer you a convenient online Enrollment/Reenrollment option. The online enrollment system will allow you to set up your personalized family portal. This is where you will access your tuition transactions and set up your payment plan.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OPPORTUNITIES

  • DIOCESAN FINANCIAL AID

    Financial aid season has begun! Applications for Diocesan Financial Aid are now being accepted in FACTS for the 2025-2026 school year. Diocesan Financial Aid will be processed in rounds during March, April, and May 2025. Please apply as soon as possible as Diocesan Financial Aid is awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis. 


    If you have not filed your 2024 taxes yet you may begin your application and submit as soon as your W-2's and tax returns are ready.  The deadline for applications for the 2025-2026 school year is May 15, 2025.  The only applications that will be processed during the summer are for new students.

  • PARISH SPONSORSHIP

    Indicate your family parish information on your registration form. We will send a letter to your pastor requesting support.  We encourage you to speak directly to your Pastor regarding sponsorship.


  • OTHER FINANCIAL AID OPTIONS

    If you do not qualify for the above financial assistance and are still in need, please contact Peggy Iancu in the Finance office at (413) 567-3124 x 102 to discuss financial assistance options.

Withdraw Policy

Families who choose to withdraw their child/ren from St. Mary’s Academy must notify the Academy in writing. The family is responsible for contacting the Finance Office to cancel the FACTS payment plan. The FACTS tuition account will remain open until all outstanding debts for tuition and the extended day program are satisfied. The payment of tuition is a serious commitment, and it is important to stay current in making payments.
If student is withdrawn after July 1st but before start of academic year, you will be responsible for ¼ of annual tuition due
If student is withdrawn after the start of academic year but before end of first marking quarter, you will be responsible for ½ of the annual tuition due
If student is withdrawn after first marking period but before end of second marking period, you will be responsible for ¾ annual tuition due
If student is withdrawn after start of third marking period, you will be responsible for the year’s tuition paid in full
