The Fair Share Program at St. Mary’s Academy embodies the spirit of generosity and community. Rooted in the belief that giving enriches both the giver and the receiver, this program invites all families to contribute their time and talents to support our school. By participating, parents help sustain the programs and events that make St. Mary’s a special place, while also fostering a strong sense of community and shared responsibility. Through Fair Share, we ensure that everyone plays a part in the success and growth of our school.

To give freely of your time, talent and resources is a gift anyone can give!

The St. Mary’s Fair Share program is a vibrant partnership between families and the school community. Our goal is to effectively and equitably share the volunteer workload.


1.      Partnership in your child’s education

2.     Provide a model of community service for your children

3.     Build a stronger sense of community amongst families

4.     Provide opportunities for new initiatives and ideas

5.     Greater visibility of school


Saint Mary’s Academy strives to develop the moral, spiritual, cultural, physical and intellectual potential of each student. This is accomplished through the successful partnering of the teachers, the staff, the student and the student’s parent(s) with the common goal to prepare students to excel academically and socially in order to meet the challenges of a changing world.


Therefore, we are asking families to participate in volunteerism during the school year. 


We ask each full time family to serve 30 volunteer hours and each part time family to serve 15 hours. A full time family is one that has students that attend Monday thru Friday each week. A part time family is one that has a child in a MWF class. If you have children in both full and part time classes you will be considered a full time family.


If families choose not to participate in volunteer work or only serve a portion of their hours, you will be billed for the hours not served.

The cost of each Fair Share hour is $10.00.
